Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. 3 years of experience in network capacity planning. Preferred qualifications: Experience in project management within network planning. Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic planning environment. Support the release of network plans, ensure topology changes pass through regional reviews and change control board approvals. Drive the transition to new planning pipelines and systems of record while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners. Establish and monitor key business metrics to improve planning queue efficiency, throughput, and adherence to established SLAs. Provide technical guidance to automate workflows and liaise with partner teams (GND, GNS) to resolve obstacles in the planning process. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
