A role with unique responsibilities The Clinic Coordinator position is a hands-on leadership role, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your clinic whilst supporting a multi- discplinary team of receptionists, sonologists, sonographers, phlebotomists and genetic counsellors. You will lead by example working at Reception to ensure a high level of care and service is dedicated to all patients. Under the guidance of the Patient Services Manager, your responsibilities include: Coordinating the activities of both the clinical and administrative support staff, focusing on patient care Resolving day-to-day operational issues and problems, making timely decisions by referencing the SUFW workflow policy as required Training new administration employees Leading and supervising the receptionist/s at the clinic Ensuring the readiness of the facility including stock control Optimising efficient resource use by following booking protocols and monitoring clinic appointments to maximise the appointment schedule Manage patient feedback in accordance with company policy Communicating business objectives to clinical and administrative staff Supporting a high standard and quality of service through collaboration, accountability, and continuous enhancement initiatives Are you the ideal candidate for us? Clinic Coordinators will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their patient experience through timely and considered communication.
