About the Role Lead a team of 3 as a Technical Packaging Manager to develop, validate, and optimize packaging solutions across all DBG brands, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and accurate global packaging data for AU, EU, and USA markets. Responsibilities Collect accurate packaging specifications and documentation from suppliers; identify and escalate non-compliant packaging Develop and maintain reporting templates, capture requirements, and generate periodic internal and external reports Design packaging solutions that meet product briefs while driving sustainability, supported by PACT tool assessments Review portfolio to identify future opportunities and risks for sustainable packaging and closed-loop initiatives Ensure all packaging data, reports, and designs support timely, compliant, and informed decision-making Skills & Experience 3-5 years' packaging experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries Proven experience managing and developing direct reports or small teams Expertise in sustainable packaging, circular economy, materials science, lifecycle management, and packaging design Experience with multiple packaging formats and the PREP tool; strong regulatory compliance knowledge Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally Relevant degree in Engineering, Science, or Food Science, or equivalent manufacturing/QA/Operations experience Willing to travel interstate 1-2 times per month Benefits Exclusive employee discounts via the DBG Health Employee Shop, including MCoBeauty, Esmi Skin Minerals, Nude by Nature, e.l.f.
