The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Operation and monitoring of pasteurization equipment and associated systems Monitoring critical control points (CCPs) including temperature, flow rates, and hold times Conducting routine quality and safety checks to ensure product compliance Troubleshooting minor process or equipment issues and escalating faults as required Accurate completion of batch records, production logs, and food safety documentation Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following: Previous experience operating pasteurizers or within food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing Strong understanding of food safety principles and quality systems High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures A proactive and reliable work ethic with a safety-first mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Sound communication skills and a willingness to learn On Offer: 6 shifts per fortnight with rostered weekends paid at penalty rates Day shift hours: 6.00 am – 6.00 pm Night shift hours: 6.00 pm – 6.00 am $38.58 per hour penalties super O/T annual bonus Access to annual bonus scheme to reward contribution Osteotherapy, health and well-being support Ongoing training and support for career development We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
