Experienced Production Operators We are seeking experienced production operators who have prior kettle and talon operating experience (Equivalent continuous food/FMCG line experience considered). These roles are critical to maintaining safe, reliable operations and lifting standards across performance and culture. This is not an entry-level role. Shifts Available Day shift: 6.00 AM - 2.00 PM What We Need Operators who can: Run manufacturing lines safely and independently Think, troubleshoot, and take initiative Support teammates and positively influence floor culture Maintain strong safety, quality, and documentation standards Candidates must have: Proven local experience in food or FMCG manufacturing (3-5 years at least) Experience operating production equipment unsupervised Strong understanding of PPE, food safety, quality checks, and safe work practices Solid work ethic, reliability, and resilience Capability to operate at Level 4-5 Not suitable for: Students Visa-restricted candidates Short-term / working holiday candidates Entry-level operators Candidates without local manufacturing experience PICK PACKERS Highly Regarded Experience with start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and cleaning Technical troubleshooting ability Clear written and verbal communication "Thinking operator" mindset with ownership and accountability
