Description About the role: We are open to applicants across Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney We are seeking a proactive, creative and engaged Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging workplace experiences within premium commercial assets located across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. This role plays a key part in elevating the tenant experience through strategic communication, activations, and coordinated engagement initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the portfolio Placemaking Manager, on-site teams, building management, and external partners to promote events, services, and programs that foster a connected and vibrant workplace community. With a strong focus on brand representation, tenant communications, and campaign execution, you will ensure all touchpoints reflect Auxus’ commitment to professionalism, quality, and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and promote a dynamic calendar of workplace events and initiatives, including wellness, and sustainability programs. Develop and distribute engaging marketing and communication materials across tenant platforms, EDMs, social media, and digital channels. Manage tenant engagement platforms and support the delivery of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with building management, concierge teams, leasing teams, and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution. Act as a key point of contact for tenant communications, enquiries, feedback, and promotional requests. Support concierge-style activations and service promotions, such as barista pop-ups, partner offers, and on-site experiences. Coordinate event logistics from a marketing perspective, including scheduling, supplier coordination, budget tracking, and on-the-day support. Assist with Front of House presentation standards and brand alignment across the asset. Track engagement metrics and compile monthly reports, insights, and recommendations to support tenant satisfaction and retention. Contribute to sustainability, wellness, and tenant retention initiatives through targeted marketing and communications support. Travel interstate sites to ensure comprehensive knowledge of all assets within the portfolio. Deliver reports on engagement levels, activity turn out and feedback Attend onsite activations to capture photography, videography and content that can be referenced in operational reports Skills And Experiences About You Experience in community engagement, event planning, or placemaking within a commercial, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. Strong communication skills, hybrid and onsite. A proactive mindset with creative flare and strategic thinking. Experience using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, tenant portals & social media platforms (desirable). Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A polished, professional presence and a passion for customer service. Strong ability to plan strategically and meet key project deadlines. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver commercial marketing strategies and engagement events.
