ConsultANZ is recruiting a skilled and confident Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Auckland team of a leading consulting firm with extensive experience in the energy and civil sectors. Main Duties: Support Senior QSs with payment claim reviews and contract drafting. Manage variations and claims from the client side. Work across projects of varying sizes and contract types, including NZS3910. Maintain registers of variations, claims, delays, and instructions. Prepare notices for claims and variations as required. Assist with procurement activities and ensure policy compliance. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance. Provide reporting and general commercial support. Perform general ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (intermediate level). Experience across multiple project sizes and contract types. Strong communication skills, confidence, and professional presence. Ability to manage complex situations and multitask effectively.
