Relocate to Australia The Opportunity The role can be based in either the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office and is suited to an experienced structural engineer who enjoys owning their work, client liaison, and delivering quality building designs across a range of sectors. Working in a collaborative consulting environment, you’ll manage projects from concept through to delivery, supported by senior engineers. The role offers exposure to planning, coordination, design, documentation, and site interaction, while developing both technical capability and commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting for projects Produce structural designs, calculations, and documentation Liaise with clients, architects, and project stakeholders Coordinate drafting resources and review documentation Undertake site inspections and provide technical inputs Report on project progress, time, and cost as required About You You are a technically capable and commercially aware Structural Engineer who enjoys responsibility and variety. Ideally, you will have: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (EA recognised) 3-7 years experience in structural consulting Building design experience across resi, commercial, retail, or industrial projects Experience with multi-storey, post-tensioned concrete structures (preferred) Strong communication and client-facing skills RPEQ status advantageous but not essential What’s on Offer Salary package of $95k–$130k, depending on experience and RPEQ status Exposure to a broad range of projects High level of autonomy and client interaction Supportive, technically strong team environment Clear pathway toward senior and leadership roles How to Apply Apply via this job board or call for a confidential discussion.
