ConsultANZ is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to assist in managing the project’s commercial, financial, and contractual matters, working closely with the on-site project team. This role requires four days on-site and one day in the West Perth office each week, with weekends off. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with reviewing contracts and identifying commercial and financial risks. Support project forecasting, cost control, and preparation of monthly progress claims. Assist in subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, and negotiation of commercial terms. Help manage subcontractor payments, variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT). Participate in site visits to monitor progress and verify cost and contract accuracy. Prepare cost reports, performance updates, and forecasts for senior team review. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery. REQUIREMENTS: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Construction Management, or related field. 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or a similar commercial role within construction or utilities. Strong Excel and Word skills; familiarity with cost or reporting tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Good problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. Ability to travel to the site as required under the FIFO roster. BENEFITS: Attractive salary package: $110k–$140k base super uplift (negotiable based on experience).
