The Role: Working collaboratively with the Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience . You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store. To be successful in this role you will have: Proven leadership experience as a Head Coach or Assistant Head Coach confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results Actively engaged in Retailors' training platforms and possess a passion for sharing product knowledge Knowledge of visual merchandising standards An understanding of your store's scoreboard and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement An understanding of Retailors' policies and procedures Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals True LEADERSHIP, shown not through a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business ACCOUNTABILITY for all aspects of the store to ensure operational excellence Meaningful TRANSPARENCY, demonstrated through open and consistent communication The courage to INNOVATE A passion for NIKE, health and fitness and bringing your best What’s in it for you?
