This role also involves contributing to operational support when required, such as assisting with staff scheduling or facility management. Additionally: Develop, plan, and implement advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media. Advise leadership on marketing strategies to raise awareness and drive membership growth. Set and achieve monthly membership sales targets. Execute lead generation strategies, including partnerships and community events. Manage marketing inputs such as social media, email campaigns, and local events. Oversee creative production (designers, copywriters, videographers), timelines, and budgets. Collaborate on operational support tasks when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Optional) Relevant certifications in digital marketing, media buying, or creative production Experience At least 2‑5 years’ experience in marketing / advertising Experience running paid ad campaigns (Google, social media, etc.) and delivering lead generation / acquisition Ideally, experience working in fitness / health / gym‑industry marketing.
