This is a rare opportunity to lead a major UKG Pro transformation for a leading Brisbane-based organisation operating at enterprise scale , supporting a workforce of 11,000 employees across a complex hospital environment. The organisation is entering a critical phase of its workforce technology journey and is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Project Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end implementation. This role is central to enabling operational continuity, payroll accuracy and workforce confidence across a highly regulated healthcare setting. You will lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team, partner closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and Finance, and work with external vendors to deliver a secure, compliant and fit-for-purpose UKG Pro solution. This is a Brisbane-based leadership role , requiring on-site presence to effectively lead the implementation team and engage key stakeholders. The project is scheduled to commence early January 2026 . Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle UKG Pro implementation , from planning through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation Own project governance, delivery plans, resourcing, dependencies, risks and milestones Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance to define requirements and align delivery outcomes Manage vendor relationships, including UKG and implementation partners Drive system testing, UAT, change management and user adoption activities Oversee data migration across employee records, timekeeping and payroll Ensure strong documentation, training and knowledge transfer across the organisation What You’ll Bring Essential Proven experience leading an end-to-end UKG Pro implementation within a hospital environment Prior migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro Deep understanding of hospital payroll, time and attendance, and workforce complexity Strong end-to-end project delivery and governance capability Experience leading large, cross-functional teams through organisational change Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Brisbane-based and available to commence early January 2026 Highly Regarded Experience within healthcare or not-for-profit environments Strong change management and workforce adoption capability Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs Why Join?
