About the Role As our Non-Clinical Veterinary Administration Manager , you'll lead and support our veterinary team, ensuring they feel empowered, engaged, and equipped to deliver gold-standard care. You'll work closely with the Hospital Director and Practice Leadership Team to foster a thriving workplace culture and drive strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and coaching the veterinary team to build capability and engagement. Driving change initiatives with tact and transparency, ensuring psychological safety. Managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development. Overseeing rostering and resource allocation to optimise team performance. Collaborating on financial planning and reporting for the veterinary team. Championing open communication and conflict mediation across all levels. What We're Looking For A dynamic leader with high Emotional Intelligence —able to perceive, understand, and manage emotions effectively. Skilled in communication and conflict resolution , adapting your approach to different audiences with clarity and tact. A strategic thinker who uses data to inform decisions and adapts to evolving priorities. Proven ability to drive change , building coalitions and creating wins that strengthen team trust. Minimum 3 years' experience in people leadership. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
