Salary Packaging We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Scheduler/Service Assistant to facilitate Transport and Social Support services that help our clients remain active and engaged in the community. This is a dynamic, client-focused role where you will: Assist the Coordinator in the planning, scheduling, delivery and review of Transport and Social Support Individual services for clients to access the community. Assist the Coordinator to roster staff. Assist the Coordinator to ensure that client information is maintained with regular evaluation of client needs and changes. Uphold wellness and client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks. What you will need: Demonstrated experience working with the elderly, people with disability and/or people experiencing hardships. A caring and compassionate approach to service provision. Knowledge of relevant community services. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Current Western Australian drivers licence. Current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) Desirable: Certificate III or IV in Health, Ageing Support, Individual Support or Community Services. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Experience working in a not for profit organisation. Experience working with volunteers.
