A national mortgage provider is seeking an experienced Mortgage Discharges Officer to join their established Client Services team. Due to continued growth and increased volumes, this role offers a great opportunity to specialise in partial mortgage discharges while building a long-term career in mortgage operations. This role will focus on the end-to-end processing of mortgage discharges, including customer communication, stakeholder management, and ensuring all applications are completed accurately and within agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities Manage full and partial mortgage discharge requests from lodgement through to settlement Lodge discharge instructions and liaise with panel solicitors Prepare initial and final payout figures, including break costs Process loan variations such as loan increases and product conversions Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Update internal systems and title management systems Respond to enquiries from customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders Ensure all files are processed within SLA and quality standards About You Proven experience in mortgage discharges , ideally partial discharges Background in banking, lending, or mortgage operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple files and work under pressure Confident working to deadlines and service level agreements Positive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills What’s On Offer Hybrid working model – 2 to 3 days in the office Office based in Rhodes , close to public transport Laptop and full training provided Supportive, experienced team environment Career development and growth within a national organisation
