Joining their Product Design team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the company’s home designs – ensuring they are contemporary, compliant, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and manage the master design library, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation. Lead the design and delivery of new home designs, display homes, and product range updates. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to interpret briefs and bring concepts to life. Review documentation for compliance, constructability, and design integrity. Support the delivery of tenders and contribute to product development initiatives. Mentor and guide junior team members, aligning with the group’s strategic design goals. What We’re Looking For Qualification in Architecture or Building Design. 7 years’ experience in residential (Class 1) building design. Strong Revit proficiency and understanding of Australian Standards and BCA/NCC. Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and document innovative residential products. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders. Creative mindset with a balance of technical precision and design flair.
