Due to continued growth and expansio n, we are excited to welcome an additional Service Planner to our dynamic Sydney -based team in a permanent, full-time role. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity where you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Service Planner, you’ll be at the heart of the business coordinating field teams, optimising schedules, supporting customer outcomes and ensuring service excellence is delivered every day. What you’ll be responsible for: Planning, organising, and scheduling regular field service activities across the Ambius team Ensuring all Service Technician visits are scheduled within agreed timeframes and reporting variances to your Line Manager Coordinating installations and jobs to meet divisional expectations and deadlines Responding to customer service enquiries and complaints, arranging non-routine service calls where required Managing all service-related administration, documentation, and routing for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System Ensuring technician daily routines and service activities are accurately recorded Producing operational and performance reports, including service status, job progress, technician productivity, customer history, and retention Maintaining reporting spreadsheets within required timeframes What we’re looking for: Excellent phone manner and customer focus Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident computer skills and attention to detail Ability to provide clear instructions and coordinate multiple priorities Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Excellent time management and organisational capability Previous experience in a similar role or within a fast-paced office environment Why join Ambius?
