There’s plenty of work ahead, and you’ll work closely with senior engineers and project managers who will help you sharpen your design, delivery and client-facing skills. You’ll get direct mentoring from Directors and Senior Engineers while taking ownership of your own projects and gradually stepping into more leadership and client interaction as you grow.
