What you’ll be doing • Leading cadastral survey teams delivering complex land development and infrastructure projects for major commercial and government clients • Providing hands-on technical guidance, mentoring and professional development to surveyors and technicians • Upholding rigorous quality standards across all outputs, ensuring compliance and accuracy • Working closely with the Business Unit Manager to plan and forecast the project pipeline across metro and regional areas • Acting as the primary contact for key clients, strengthening relationships built on trust, clarity and long-term partnership • Consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining a 95% success rate.
