Freelance Videographer (Ongoing Work) – Melbourne Otao Kitchen | Contractor | Ongoing Otao Kitchen is a leading cooking school in Melbourne, delivering hands-on cooking classes and corporate culinary experiences. We’re looking for a reliable freelance videographer to support ongoing content creation for our cooking school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming food, people, and process-driven content such as cooking recipes and can work efficiently within a clear production system. What You’ll Be Filming Founder and chef cooking content (Mondays or Tuesdays) B-roll of cooking classes and workshops Client Q&A sessions filmed on-site Raw footage for voiceover-based content (no editing required) What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a videographer (food, brand, or training content preferred) Ability to follow creative briefs and filming SOPs accurately Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, and audio capture Reliable, professional, and easy to work with Comfortable using in-house sony camera gear Gimbal is a plus Job Details Location: Otao Kitchen, Melbourne Minimum booking: 4 hours per shoot Hours: Approx. 8–10 hours every 2 weeks (ongoing) Rate: $50–$60/hour using our equipment (based on experience) $70–$100/hour using your own equipment Deliverables: 4K S-Log3 raw footage (no colour grading) Editing: Optional add-on (quoted separately) Why Work With Us Consistent ongoing work Clear production standards and systems Friendly, creative kitchen environment Opportunity to work with a growing food and education brand To apply: Please send a short intro, your portfolio/showreel, and your availability in Melbourne.
