About the Role We are currently looking for a Full Time Leading Hand to join our Precast Plant in New Gisborne, VIC. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team involved in manufacturing, packing, and dispatch of large precast concrete blocks and other concrete and erosion control products used in retaining walls, earth retention, and infrastructure projects. Our ideal candidate will be someone who likes doing the doing, and being on the floor with other members of the team. You'll have prior leadership experience in a hands-on manufacturing or operations role. To be considered for this role, you will also need to : Hold a full car licence Have a great work ethic and can-do attitude Be highly organised with excellent time management and ability to prioritise Have good attention to detail and problem solving skills Have a good level of physical fitness as there is lots of time spent on your feet and some heavy lifting is required Be computer literate with the MS Office Suite Success in this role requires strong people leadership, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a practical, hands-on approach.
