The Role: Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and professionally Coordinate routine and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues Prepare detailed condition reports Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding lease terms, rent reviews, renewals, and general tenancy matters VA support, two PM Assistants, (on track to become Property Managers), and dedicated Accounts/Operations support.
