What You’ll Be Doing Manage the full talent cycle , delivering high-quality hires across all business units Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and be the go-to for all things talent Strengthen our employer brand to sell the dream, using creative campaigns and authentic storytelling aligned with our vibrant culture Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and harder to fill roles Use recruitment data and insights to improve efficiency and outcomes Identify and implement process and technology improvements to streamline hiring Adopt a business development mindset - actively source, network and engage with potential candidates and partners to build strong, future-ready talent pools Leverage community and industry partnerships to diversify recruitment channels and reach untapped talent markets About You You’re a confident recruiter who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You’re excited by the prospect of sometimes going on the rollercoaster to solve problems, think outside the box and let your uniqueness and creativity shine. You’ll also bring: 4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house) Industry experience in retail, logistics, or corporate recruitment (preferred) Experience managing high volume or multi site recruitment Confidence navigating recruitment platforms (e.g. JobAdder, Canditech, Checkmate or similar) A proactive, business development approach — you enjoy building networks, nurturing partnerships, and creating opportunities before roles even exist Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders from all walks of life A data driven, proactive and adaptable approach A genuine passion for employer branding and candidate experience Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Winning Group, we live by our values: Impress every customer.
