Job Description Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Area Maintenance Team to deliver effective maintenance within the production area ensuring utmost safety at all times. Provide leadership within the Asset and Operations Team to ensure the unit meets production targets. Direct Maintenance and Capital expenditure budgets. Manages major maintenance events and initiatives. Overall accountability for the maintenance execution process within the Production Area. Develop the annual Maintenance Business Plan. Resourcing the team with appropriately experienced and qualified team members. Periodic reporting of progress and matters requiring escalation. Demonstrated ability to manage unplanned breakdowns.
