Gold Coast location Initial 5 month contract Eden Ritchie are seeking an Principal Industry Engagement Officer to support the growth of the manufacturing sector on the Gold Coast. Working from a Manufacturing Hub environment, this role focuses on industry engagement, delivering practical initiatives, and connecting manufacturers with programs, skills and opportunities that support business growth and capability uplift. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with industry, facilitating collaboration, and delivering outcomes rather than writing policy. About the role Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, industry bodies, councils, education providers and government stakeholders Develop and deliver workshops, forums and engagement activities to support industry capability and capacity Connect manufacturers to relevant training, funding and advanced manufacturing programs Facilitate projects and initiatives aligned to regional manufacturing opportunities Represent the Manufacturing Hub and its objectives with key stakeholders About you Experience working in or alongside the manufacturing sector Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills Experience delivering programs, projects, workshops or initiatives A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to work autonomously A current C-class driver’s licence is required, and some travel may be involved.
