About the Role The Event Production Coordinator plays a key role in delivering our events. You’ll organise the details, keep projects moving, and work closely with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure everything comes together as planned. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll spend a lot of time working directly with customers - answering questions, gathering information, and helping them feel prepared and supported throughout the process. Your work directly shapes the quality of the event experience. What You’ll Do Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers from sign-on through to event delivery Coordinate information across internal teams to ensure everyone has what they need, when they need it Manage timelines, checklists, and key milestones Collect, organise, and maintain event-critical information Produce core event materials such as guides, schedules, and listings Attend your assigned events and see the outcome of your work live on the show floor Who You Are Organised, methodical, and reliable Comfortable talking to people and supporting customers Motivated by finishing things properly, not just starting them Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball Curious by nature and interested in understanding how events work behind the scenes Happy taking ownership and being trusted to keep things moving You don’t need event industry experience - just the drive to do good work and take responsibility.
