About the job This is an exceptional opportunity to secure a pivotal administrative and finance role within a premier agricultural machinery group based in Warrnambool. Representing several leading global brands across multiple branches in Western Victoria, our client is a stable, respected dealership looking to inject fresh energy into their operations. This is a newly defined position designed to streamline financial processes and support the wider team. You will be joining a busy office environment where adaptability and a bright, positive attitude are highly valued. While you will report functionally to off-site finance management, you will be the go-to person on the ground for daily administrative flow. We are looking for a resilient professional who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys a role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include: Processing payroll for the wider group team. Managing full-function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Completing bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting. Providing general office administration and answering incoming calls. Collaborating with the parts and sales teams to ensure operational efficiency. To be successful, you will need: Proven experience in payroll, AP/AR, and general finance administration. A resilient nature with a bubbly, 'can-do' personality. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. The ability to work autonomously while integrating well into a diverse team. Previous experience in an automotive or agricultural dealership is advantageous but not essential. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 Superannuation, depending on experience.
