The Opportunity We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Brighton Le Sands team with heart and purpose. What You will Do -Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education. -Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first. -Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships. - Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre’s operations. -Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management. -Create and implement programs that celebrate each child’s unique strengths and potential. What We’re Looking For -Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role. -Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months). -Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards. -A natural people leader — confident, compassionate, and committed to growth. -A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
