Job Description We are hiring for a Painter / Handyperson to join us on Part Time Basis. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces and rooms. The successful candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work. In addition, you will be responsible for addressing a range of maintenance issues including guest requests, back of house areas and general safety. Key Responsibilities: general maintenance including painting of guest rooms and back of house areas; responding to a range of guest requests as a first priority; investigating and actioning jobs assigned to you in a timely manner; completing tasks as part of the preventative maintenance program; encouraging the effective use of energy and water resources.
