Key Responsibilities Clinical Care: Provide high-quality mental health interventions, including individual and group therapy, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Group Therapy: Develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate group therapy programs tailored to patient needs. Patient Safety: Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to infection control and workplace safety protocols. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment, assisting with the orientation of new staff and supporting team goal-setting. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and procedures. What You’ll Bring? A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with AHPRA registration) or Social Work (with Mental Health Accreditation and eligibility for AASW membership) or Occupational Therapy (with OTA Mental Health Endorsement), showcasing your professional foundation and commitment to best practices.
