About the SIL Lifestyle Support Worker As a Supported Independent Living Lifestyle Support Worker you will assist recipients with their with daily tasks and activities to build life skills and connect with the community. We are looking for individuals who would be interested in working in Supported Independent Living these shifts vary with a combination of days, nights, evening shifts including sleepovers and weekends. selectability are currently seeking individuals who would be interested in working predominantly night shifts in the supported independent living space. Balancing work and personal commitments can be a challenge, whether you are pursuing further education or caring for loved ones during the day, having the flexibility of working a night schedule can assist to support your lifestyle.
