About the opportunity As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our professional team. About responsibilities Thoroughly review all terms of the contract, including but not limited to product specifications, quality standards, pricing, delivery schedules, payment methods, and liabilities for breach of contract, to ensure that the contractual provisions align with both the company's interests and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Take responsibility for coordinating the contract execution process, ensuring that authorized representatives from both parties duly sign and affix official seals to the contract documents in accordance with legal formalities and internal corporate policies. Monitor contract performance throughout its lifecycle by maintaining regular communication with relevant departments to track production progress, shipping arrangements, quality inspections, and other key milestones, thereby ensuring timely delivery of goods in accordance with agreed-upon quantity, quality, and schedule. Support the processing of contract amendments by reviewing change requests, evaluating the potential impact of proposed modifications on contract fulfillment and organizational interests, and ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followed. Collaborate with the company’s legal department or external counsel in addressing contract disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation as necessary, with the objective of protecting the company’s lawful rights and minimizing financial and operational losses arising from such disputes. About you Diploma’s qualification (or above). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
