Part time (0.6 FTE), fixed term until November 2026 Contribute to early intervention youth mental health service Base Salary $89,755 p.a. pro rata 17% superannuation About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join headspace Camperdown , part of the Brain and Mind Centre, supporting young people aged 12–25 with diverse health and wellbeing needs. You will play a vital role in early intervention, coordinating care and ensuring continuity of support across mental health, vocational, and drug/alcohol services. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with young people, carers, clinicians, and external service providers conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings using headspace tools and procedures coordinate care plans and assist clients to access appropriate services monitor client progress and follow up missed appointments to ensure continuity of care liaise with community agencies and participate in awareness activities promoting youth wellbeing maintain accurate case notes and contribute to quality improvement projects. About you tertiary qualifications in psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or a related field registration with AHPRA as a psychologist, nurse, or occupational therapist (highly regarded) demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services to young people aged 12–25 ability to undertake assessments and determine care needs across mental health, substance use, and vocational issues knowledge of local youth health, mental health, and drug/alcohol service networks experience working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging young people and carers effectively.
