About the Role As a Registered Nurse / Care Supervisor (Level 2) , you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting residents, guiding care staff, and maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents Leading and supervising nursing and care staff Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans Ensuring safe and accurate medication administration Providing effective communication and support to residents’ families and representatives Responding to emergencies and managing critical incidents professionally and calmly Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies Skills & Experience Current AHPRA registration Bachelor of Nursing (or higher qualification) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care Grade 5 Registered Nurse Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Demonstrated experience using ANNAC Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills High-level documentation skills in care planning and evaluation Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team Ready to Apply?
