Senior Freight Forwarder We’re seeking a Senior Freight Forwarder to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics team. Our client specialises in comprehensive freight forwarding services, including export and import coordination, documentation and customs clearance, as well as project logistics. About You: You are a skilled freight forwarding professional who: Has significant experience managing international freight operations Thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment Communicates clearly with customers and internal teams Takes ownership of complex shipments and resolves issues proactively Maintains a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail Is confident working independently and prioritising multiple tasks Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage international air, sea, and land freight services Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and customs paperwork Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, partners and customs brokers Negotiate freight rates and service terms with carriers and service providers Ensure compliance with customs, trade and regulatory requirements Requirements: Extensive experience in freight forwarding or logistics (typically 5 years) Strong knowledge of freight documentation, global routing and customs procedures Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail Right-to-work in Australia TRS Resourcing is committed to achieving a diverse workforce in Australia.
