ConsultANZ is looking for an HR Coordinator / Project Administrator to join a top-tier piling contractor in Perth, WA. This permanent, full-time role focuses on HR, H&S, and project administration for a large site-based workforce. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support HR, H&S, and Project teams with daily administration Assist with safety paperwork and H&S compliance requirements Manage documents using Dash Pivot or similar systems Upload and maintain employee records in HR systems (e.g. UKG) Keep project folders and client portals up to date Track licenses, tickets, medicals, inductions, and compliance records Coordinate onboarding and records for 60–70 site personnel Communicate with site teams and office staff at all levels Maintain accurate, well-organized, and audit-ready records REQUIREMENTS: Certificate IV in Business Administration (preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and H&S administration, ideally in construction, mining, or infrastructure Strong organization skills and attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills Comfortable working with site-based and blue-collar teams Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Experience with HR systems or document control platforms is an advantage BENEFITS: Permanent, full-time role based in Perth head office Competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000 super (dependent on experience) Long-term role supporting a major project Stable position with growth opportunities APPLY NOW If interested or email mary.maminta@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
