We’re looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) - Business Partner who wants to make a real difference, someone who cares about people, leads with purpose, and helps build a culture where every person feels safe, valued, and empowered. The Role: As the Senior HSE Business Partner, you will lead and support the delivery of key HSE improvement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with our broader organisational goals and our commitment This role plays a key part in delivering our strategy, fostering a workplace where safety, wellbeing, and performance go hand in hand. You’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our HSE Management System. What you will do: Lead health and safety wellbeing initiatives across our national operations Work closely with leaders to embed safety into everyday decision-making. Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation, International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) frameworks. Drive continuous improvement through audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Use data to uncover insights and opportunities for innovation that reduce risk and enhance safety performance. About You: You are a dedicated HSE professional passionate about fostering safer and healthier workplaces, particularly within dynamic and fast-paced operational settings. You excel at building strong stakeholder relationships, prioritise a people-centric approach, and have a proven ability to influence others and deliver impactful results. You'll also bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. Experience in a HSE business partner role, ideally within transport or logistics. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and audit processes. Experience with incident investigation and regulatory engagement. Proven data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) and excellent report writing capabilities.
