A well-established commercial HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their Sydney-based service team. This role will focus on commercial service and maintenance works across the Sydney metro area, working on a varied portfolio of sites. The Role Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair breakdowns across split systems, package units, VRV/VRF, chilled water systems and more Complete job documentation and reports accurately Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal teams Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Australian Standards About You Trade-qualified HVAC Technician (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) Current ARCtick Licence Solid experience in commercial service and maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Current driver's licence Good communication skills and professional presentation What's on Offer $55 per hour Super Company vehicle Stable, long-term role with consistent commercial work Sydney metro-based work - no excessive travel Supportive team and well-structured service division In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
