About The Role Join our growing CFO Advisory team in Perth as a Director, where you'll lead high-impact projects across financial reporting, sustainability, and governance. This is your opportunity to shape the future of finance for clients across government, infrastructure, and private enterprise. As Director, you'll drive excellence in financial advisory services, mentor emerging talent, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our CFOA footprint and representing our firm in key industry forums. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of CFOA services including financial reporting, sustainability consulting, and strategic finance. Advise on Australian Accounting Standards, risk frameworks, and internal controls. Build governance structures that support performance and compliance. Engage with clients to assess financial implications of strategic decisions. Drive business development and team growth aligned with succession planning. About You Proven experience in senior finance leadership or advisory roles. Deep knowledge of AIFRS and financial systems improvement. Strong capability in risk management and compliance. Experience managing finance functions including payroll and statutory reporting. CA/CPA qualified with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Why BDO?
