We are currently looking for an experienced Shutdown Planner to join the team of a Tier 1 Mining Company with operations in the Pilbara and Port Hedland. The core responsibilities of this position include: Planning major shutdowns scheduled at their port facility Transition of notifications to work orders Task list creation and cataloguing Scope challenge facilitation Maintenance plan optimisation Master data updates. To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Strong background in fixed plant maintenance planning in mining Solid understanding of port materials - balanced machines, conveyors, screens crushers etc Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills Knowledge of SAP and MS Project This position is offered on a 6-month contract initially with potential to extend. 5:2 roster with 2 days on site and 3 days based in Perth.
