As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies . Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and food standards. Plan and organise kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and plating. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food supplies as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, complying with food safety regulations. Train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices to ensure kitchen efficiency. Contribute to menu development and cost-effective planning. Qualifications: 1 years of experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
