The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor –Site support. It will be a FIFO, on 8/6 Roster, this permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company. Reporting to the Roy Hill Account Manager, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet on site, while keeping an impeccable safety record. You Will Also Partake in the coordination and supervision of the implementation of Hitachi projects, shut downs, planned maintenance and day to day activities of Hitachi Site Support Technicians Work closely with the customer to maintain machine performance. Actively ensure safety improvements are driven and document the key learnings Supervise and mentor the technicians with their work and activities Provide Supervision for onsite shuts / projects / annual leave and workshop supervision as required Drive change and implement safety procedures, quality control measures and SWP improvements Develop and implement strategic plans to improve, performance, equipment reliability and lower maintenance costs.
