Description We are looking for a Senior Associate, Social Media & Influencer Marketing to amplify our efforts in building our Brand & Community in Australia & New Zealand. The ideal candidate would have a strong planning and operations mindset, paired with a genuine appreciation for social creativity, trends, and what feels native on-platform. We believe the future of travel is social. This role rounds out the stack by bringing structure, coordination, and thoughtful performance interpretation to complement our creative-led social expertise. This role works closely with our Social Media & Influencer Manager and our Content Specialist across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Your work ensures our ideas can scale, our experiments generate learnings, and our social presence grows with intention. What You’ll Do Social Operations & Execution (you bring the system and structure) Own the end-to-end content operations rhythm: calendars, briefs, approvals, publishing and QA. Bring clarity by coordinating inputs across stakeholders so assets, captions and deliverables are accurate and on time. Maintain consistent ways of working — templates, trackers, workflows — that keep our team aligned and reduce friction. Create order and predictability in a fast-paced environment, enabling the creative team to move quickly. Influencer Marketing Support (you keep everything moving smoothly) Coordinate creator campaigns and brand trips, ensuring deliverables, timelines and communications are clear and organised. Maintain centralised tracking for creators, campaigns and deliverables that aligns with broader marketing activity. Capture learnings and patterns to help us brief, collaborate with, and optimise creator work over time. Performance & Continuous Improvement (you help us learn smarter, faster) Own the regular insights review: channel performance updates, creator results, and key takeaways from tests. Identify patterns across formats, hooks, creators and platforms — and share actionable recommendations grounded in data. Support test-and-learn experiments by tracking results and helping the team scale what works. Keep performance accessible, structured and useful for decision-making. Trends & Creative Connection (you keep us relevant, not reactive) Stay close to platform shifts and cultural trends to help inform planning and content ideas. Share references, patterns, and insight-backed observations with the team. Ensure our work stays native to each platform and supports long-term brand engagement. Who You Are 2–3 years’ experience in social, influencer, or digital marketing (e.g. creator operations, affiliate, social coordination or reporting). Someone who finds satisfaction in well-run systems, organised trackers, and clear information flows. Strong attention to detail and follow-through — you keep things accurate, documented and moving. Analytical and curious: comfortable interpreting performance and working with spreadsheets without needing to be a data specialist. Collaborative, calm under pressure, and motivated by helping your team stay aligned and effective. An interest in platform trends and social creativity, even if you’re not the one in front of the camera. Able to work with agility and adapt to an evolving brand. A traveller or someone with a love/passion for travelling. Nice To Have (not Required) Basic experience with link tracking (e.g. UTMs) or campaign reporting. Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram/YouTube analytics dashboards and creator deliverables tracking. Exposure to agency planning, affiliates, or creator operations. Why this role matters Social is where brands are discovered, shaped and grown — but great social doesn’t happen by accident. It requires rhythm, consistency, and strong operational foundations. This role is the steady hand that keeps our social engine running. You bring clarity where there’s ambiguity, structure where things move fast, and insights that help us improve every week. With you in the team, our creative work becomes more scalable, intentional and effective. To apply Please share your CV. If you have examples of how you’ve supported social/influencer planning — a tracker, a wrap-up, a workflow, or a short summary of learnings — feel free to include (optional).
