About the Role This role owns one of TikTok ANZ's largest and most strategic client partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. The Client Partner acts as the senior commercial lead for the account, setting the strategic vision, leading executive-level client relationships, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver impact across branding, performance, creative, and measurement. This role requires a proven senior seller who can operate at pace, influence C-suite stakeholders, and lead through ambiguity while maintaining accountability for revenue delivery. Responsibilities - Own and grow a key enterprise client partnership across AU and NZ - Drive sustained revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution - Lead executive-level relationships including CMOs, GMs, and senior marketing leaders - Own Joint Business Planning, annual investment discussions, and multi-quarter roadmaps - Act as the senior point of accountability for account strategy, revenue delivery, and client satisfaction - Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Measurement, Product, CST, and Analytics teams to unlock incremental growth - Translate brand and performance measurement into clear commercial recommendations - Lead creative strategy conversations, challenging clients and agencies to deliver platform-native, high-performing creative - Develop compelling sales narratives using insights, case studies, and data - Role model senior leadership behaviours and mentor junior sellers through influence, not hierarchy - Travel as required to support client relationships across AU and NZ Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad tech, or related fields - Proven experience owning and growing key enterprise client accounts - Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets - Deep understanding of brand and performance marketing, auction-based media buying, and ad tech integrations - Experience using measurement frameworks such as brand lift, attribution, or MMM to drive commercial outcomes - Strong understanding of creative effectiveness and platform-native storytelling Preferred Qualifications: - Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading through ambiguity - Passion for TikTok, creativity, and shaping the future of marketing Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
