This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational and financial performance, driving occupancy, and fostering a positive resident experience. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure UniLodge remains the manager of choice. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple properties within the portfolio. Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic rate management and marketing initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and development. Maintain compliance with legislation, WHS, and UniLodge policies while ensuring property standards. Develop and manage strong relationships with owners, universities, and key stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in multi-site property or portfolio management. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
