We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love crafting exceptional drinks while delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision. Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests. Maintain and set up the bar, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and fully stocked. Be knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, offering recommendations to guests. Handle orders accurately and ensure timely service. Uphold luxury brand standards and create memorable guest experiences. Follow RSA, food safety, and OH&S regulations at all times. Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service during busy periods. What You’ll Bring: Previous bartending experience, ideally in 5-star hotels, fine dining, or high-volume bars. Valid RSA. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
