Introduction DESF employs support staff to provide Disability Support Providers in WA various services from administration to disability support workers. DESF is a rapidly growing and developing enterprise. As such employee’s roles and responsibilities are expected to develop along with the company. As such, some of the duties listed for this role may be required immediately and others may be called on later to suit the development of your role with DESF. Description The primary objectives of the Role are: CRM Administration: Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date. Manage forms and handle data entry tasks. Conduct testing and report issues. Social Media: Develop and schedule posts across various platforms. Create and maintain social media pages, exploring new social media platforms. Engage actively in Facebook groups, identifying new groups and social media opportunities. Websites Management: Update content for websites linked to multiple NDIS Providers when required. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance SEO. Design engaging content using Canva for social media, websites, newsletters, and other media. Other aspects of this position include. Carrying out tasks and providing effective services for a sizeable and growing organisation.
