The Role | We are currently seeking a Lawyer with at least 2 years of PAE to join our Planning, Environment & Climate Change team in Sydney working with Harshane Kahagalle & Joanna Ling. The role combines an interesting and wide-ranging mix of litigation, advisory and transactional work including advice on all aspects of planning law, project approvals, property development, heritage and the compulsory acquisition of land as well as a broad range of environmental matters such as contaminated land, pollution and licensing. Who we are looking for | The ideal candidate should have excellent academic results and will be eager to apply their skills to learn in this specialised and technical field of law.
