You’ll manage a diverse portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to committees, leading meetings independently, and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata schemes, including large and complex buildings Independently chair and run AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings Provide strategic advice to committees on compliance, governance, maintenance planning, and risk Oversee budgets, levy setting, and financial performance across schemes Handle escalated disputes, by-law breaches, and complex matters with professionalism Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, suppliers, and stakeholders Mentor and support less experienced strata managers through informal coaching and leadership Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation, agreements, and internal processes Required Experience 4–8 years’ experience in strata management Current Class 2 Strata Licence (Class 1 highly regarded or willingness to obtain) Proven experience managing schemes of varying sizes, including large and complex portfolios Strong working knowledge of strata legislation and managing agency agreements Confident communicator with strong meeting facilitation skills Financially astute with experience managing budgets and forecasting Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously Natural leader who enjoys supporting and guiding others What’s On Offer Well-structured portfolio with support from accounts and administration High level of autonomy and trust Professional, collaborative team environment Career progression opportunities Hybrid or flexible working options
