The Director of Transformation is a senior leadership role within OPC, responsible for driving strategic change. There will be a particular focus on initiatives that will accelerate performance optimisation and the integration of data and systems innovation projects into core business to drive productivity enhancements. The key duties of the position include Lead and drive change management initiatives across OPC, fostering a climate of continuous improvement and innovation. This will include embedding organisational change associated with ICT uplift, ensuring OPC adapts effectively to new technologies. In addition, building capability among OPC's stakeholders through enhanced training. Provide high-level strategic advice and support to the Chief Operating Officer, supporting and influencing the development of strategy, policies, and operational change management practices to achieve OPC's objectives. Lead performance reporting on new technology initiatives, demonstrating how these support OPC's strategic objectives. Develop and manage key strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting OPC's change management objectives and vision.
